I second that. It's mainstream news worthy but this trend will stop… it must stop. As it becomes almost second nature to most people, social media as a whole will lose it's marketability / effectiveness.

Awesome Simon…making predictions are a brave thing to do, but speculating about the future is oh so much fun.

Love no.5 – Couldn't agree more!

My not so big prediction is just a minor addition to your no.3 – the line between the digital world and the real world becomes even more hazy with what I see as a soon to be huge growth in mobile augmented reality apps, it's only a matter of time till these apps are social too
