A powerful (and often overlooked) touch-point is a brand&#039;s front-line people - these very individuals you make mention of are more often than not the guys communicating directly with and engaging customers.  They ARE the first human contact point.  And rightfully so, I think these are the guys that should have a stronger voice and be more integrated with brand communication activities - they ARE Brand Ambassadors, they ARE the Voice of the Customer.</description>
