			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>They’re 17, and every week they produce a video show that’s as random as the stuff in your second drawer down. They’re <a href="http://ludwignz.com/" target="_blank">Ludwig Wendzich</a> and Novia Ng, part of the talented team behind <a href="http://seconddrawdown.com/" target="_blank">Second Draw Down</a> .</p>
<p>I interviewed Ludwig and Novia at <a href="http://bca.geek.nz/">BarCamp Auckland</a> in lieu of either of us presenting a session on podcasting. I think this is even better!</p>
<p>How does it relate to marketing? It illustrates what we say about <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Generation_C" target="_blank">Generation C</a> on a regular basis: they’re learning the skills that used to be the sole domain of marketers and media people. But they’re learning it by doing it. They could teach you a few lessons!</p>
